Every House of Arella creation is meticulously handcrafted from premium materials and precious metals. Because of the bespoke nature, intensive artisan hours, and highly intricate level of detailing involved in every individual piece, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All purchases are final.

While we do not accept returns, we stand entirely behind the artistry of our work. Every single piece purchased directly from our studio is covered under our Atelier Warranty. We guarantee the structural integrity and exceptional craftsmanship of your item from the moment of delivery.
WHAT IS PROTECTED
Our warranty covers any structural defects in craftsmanship, leather stitching, or jewelry stone settings resulting from the artisanal making process. It does not cover natural wear and tear, accidental damage, stretching of leather over time, or improper storage and material preservation.
THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS
If you believe your piece has a craftsmanship defect, please contact our small atelier team immediately with your original order information. We request that you provide clear, close-up photographs of the area requiring attention so our artisans can thoroughly review the claim.
OUR RESOLVE
If a manufacturing defect is verified by our team, House of Arella will complimentary repair or restore your piece to its pristine standard. If the item cannot be repaired due to material limitations, we will discuss alternative solutions to ensure your complete satisfaction.
INBOUND SERVICE SHIPMENTS
For approved warranty repairs, our team will issue a secure, fully insured shipping label to transport your piece safely back to our studio. Do not ship any items to our origin address without explicit written authorization and a provided courier label from our atelier.
