INVESTMENT & MILESTONES
Due to the exceptional scarcity of materials and the singular nature of your creation, financial commitments are structured securely. A non-refundable commitment fee is required upfront to secure rare hides and stones, with remaining balances tied to precise creation milestones prior to final delivery.
TIMELINE EXPECTATIONS
Artistry cannot be rushed, and estimated completion windows are provided at the start of your journey. Delays arising from the meticulous sourcing of rare specimens or painstaking hand-stitching will be communicated intimately by your dedicated concierge.
DESIGN SOVEREIGNTY
House of Arella retains all intellectual property and design rights to the sketches, concepts, and technical innovations developed during the commission. However, we honor the patron by promising your specific configuration remains a one-of-one masterpiece, never to be duplicated.

Your identity, personal narrative, and financial details are kept strictly confidential within the quiet confines of the studio. No imagery of your private commission or mention of your patronage will ever be shared publicly without your explicit, written consent.
